All sales are final. In case of defect or damage, the product can be exchanged for a new one.


Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only normal-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@ellabrooksclo.com.

Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 70 euros, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
